A crystal ewer blown and carved with facets in silver mounts. The crystal is engraved with flower baskets or baskets of flowers. The neck of the ewer is finely chiseled with floral motifs and grape vines. The beak is closed by a lid whose grip is adorned with a floral pattern in relief. The interior is vermeil. The ewer has an handle decorated with foliage. The base is decorated with a stylized laurel frieze.
