Wooden child’s chair attributed to F.A. Sinclair of Mottville, NY. Estimated to be 19th century. Medium brown finish on chair and seat.
Features include a ladder-back design, ball finials, and tapered legs. Woven splint seat in herringbone pattern, most likely cane.
Good antique condition typical of age & use. Minor fraying to seat & some scuffs on legs and side of seat back. Seat likely to have been rewoven at some point in the past, which may correspond to a refinish or update to finish.
