Antique Coal Bucket with Metal Liner, 1890s

A ships oak bucket, coal bucket with a metal liner This good looking piece made in Oak and decorated with the Royal Coat of Arms, it was used as a water carrier but now has the addition of a lift out metal liner so that it can be used as coal a bucket, it is bound with wide brass and a leather covered rope handle The bucket has a superb patina and would work well as a stand alone piece of history It is 13” high plus the handle and 12” in diameter
