Arts and Crafts Wrought Iron Stand with Glazed Tile designed as a smoking/drink stand. Colorful glazed Mexican/Californian tile triangle. The stand is enameled in a bluish grey with an opening for a match box enameled in deep burgundy. The tile is set in a metal border also enameled in the same tone.
Super unusual design, both pretty and practical for many different room styles. The wrought iron is formed in slightly Art Nouveau manner with floral and curled motifs. The triangular tile (9″x9″x9″) unhooks from the stand for cleaning as well.
1930’s USA.
