Original Biedermeier desk with roller shutter function American dimensions x width x depth 102 x 147 x 62 This is a very nice recently renovated / restored secretary by 1890 (2nd time) with a practical roller blind function. This roller shutter library / writing secretary has recently been restored and closed Schellack hand polished and now impresses in an optical and functional view. The writing surface can be pulled forward very little in order to have a larger writing surface when using the desk. The roller shutter function of this secretary is fully functional and can be moved slightly forward and closed. As written, the roller shutter function is easy to use – shortly at the front / back R. In the inside, there are practical shops on each side. On the front, the pages, as well as under the foot part of this desk you can see a beautiful veneer image.
