Vintage Design
Early Danish Modern armchair with curved armrests made in the 1940s by cabinetmaker S. Thrane, Odense, Denmark. The design is clearly influenced by the functionalist movement introduced in Danish furniture design by Kaare Klint. The chair retains its original green wool upholstery in good condition. In the style of Hans J. Wegner and Kaare Klint.
