Folk Art Painted Storage Chest, Coffee table. An attractive piece originally hand carved and painted but now much of the painted decoration has faded with use and age. On the front there are 2 carved painted panels, at the centre there is a hasp catch. The chest stands on small feet and it has a broad back so it can be opened without clearing the top, very handy. The chest is heavy quality and is a desirable piece of free standing storage furniture. The chest is 46” long, 23” deep, 16” high.
