Painter and sculptor studied in Rome with Professor Allegretti. He received an honorable mention in 1896 in the competition for the monument of Pietro Costa, as well as in 1890 at the Exposition of Fine Arts in Rome for a bas-relief representing the Madonna and Child.
He won the prize in Asti for the bust of Vassallo. In 1894 he realized the monument of General Passalacqua for the city of Tortona.
