Vintage Design
This stunning Italian sideboard has been designed by La Permanente Mobili Cantù, and it’s a unique expressive piece of the midcentury italian design manufactured in the 1950s.
It’s uniqueness is given by the amazing unusual sculptural shape design of the cabinets made of teak wood, on top surmounted by a long floating marble.
three doors are finished with superb slatted details also called ‘grissinatura’, with amazing brass handles unique for their shape, and in the middle ones are present two small plaques with a brass frame, at your disposal to decorate and/or paint them with subjects of your choice.
Even internal compartments are very well finished in maple and are equipped with shelves and, with in addition its six drawers, offering plenty of room for storage.
In the middle two doors hide a stylish dry Bar compartment equipped with glass shelves and mirrors on the sides, and two small drawers are finished on top with a superb red scarlet glass that’s shines when the interior light automatically turns on at the door openings.
This Sideboard is in very good conditions of the period as the images show, doesn’t has any structural damage and/or previous restorations, and all the external wooden surfaces have been polished with shellac.
It’s ready to use and it would be a real eye-catcher in every modernist or contemporary interior, as home as well office.
