In 1962, Rivadossi took over his father’s carpentry business, which he transformed into a creative workshop. Eventually, he and his collaborators established ‘Officina Rivadossi’ in 1976, where he began the production of wooden objects and unique modern furniture designs. Rivadossi’s designs were renowned for their modern and innovative qualities, and he utilized a variety of materials in his work. His furniture designs were created with functionality and aesthetics in mind, as he sought to create pieces that not only looked beautiful but were also practical for everyday use.
