Vintage Design
A stunning Butler’s tray in rosewood designed by Svend Langkilde for Illums Bolighus comes from the 1960s. It features a solid wood base with wooden cross stretchers and a removable top with beautiful rosewood grain. Each side of the tabletop maintains a handle and is fastened by brass hardware to the top, so they all lift up, creating an easy-to-carry tray. This piece of furniture is a rather stunning coffee table or a practical item for a romantic breakfast in bed.
Fantastic original condition with very minor traces of use and a light patina on brass details. The wood has been cleaned with professional components.
