Early 20th century, similar to the Carambol billard table designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1903 for the Purkersdorf Sanatorium – see the enclosed image.
There are just minor chips and scratches on the surface, which is easily done in a few hours work and should be done, when the table is on the final site.
The most important is the perfect condition of the three slate slabs under the felt (each of them weights about 80 Kilogram), which let the balls roll so smoothly. We can make a short film showing that. The felt is used but flawless. The side fences are excellent. On the top of the table are 20 discs in mother-of-pearl. We will make a documentation when we dismantle the table, to give instruction for the assembling.
